WOONSOCKET – Andrew J. Paul, 79, of Cumberland Hill Rd., and formerly of Second Ave., Woonsocket, died Jan. 14, 2010 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Doris M. (Boucher) Paul.Born in Woonsocket, the son of the late Joseph and Adelina (Lemieux) Paul. He was a lifelong city resident.
He worked as an assembler for Hasbro in Pawtucket and for the former Colby Glass in Woonsocket for many years.
He is survived by two sons, Richard of California and Andrew Jr, of Florida; two daughters, Alice McCollum and Doris Pelland both of Woonsocket; two step-children, David Paul of Pawtucket and Judith Crutchfield of TN; 9 grandchildren
and 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Pauline Trudeau of Woonsocket and caregivers, Carol Paul and Melissa Houle.
He was the brother of the late Leo, Rosario Paul and Blanche Glaude.
A committal service will be held on Friday at 10 am in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. Calling hours are omitted.
