Joseph D. Makar

Joseph D. "Joey" Makar, 45, of Blackstone, MA passed away on June 2, 2017,
at his residence, after a illness.



He was born in Woonsocket, son of Josef Makar and his stepmother Susan (Derosiers)
Makar of Blackstone and his mother the late Patricia Carolo.



Joey was self-employed working in architectural antiques. He was a graduate
of Blackstone Millville Regional High School. He was an avid outdoor's men and loved camping and fishing.
He was a 20 year member of the Woonsocket Elks Lodge BPOE #850.
He loved his family and cherished his friends. He always had a smile and was there to help everyone. 



Besides his father and stepmother he is survived by his girlfriend
Keri Kinniburgh, aunts and a nephew.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Stephen and Brian Makar.



A tribute service will be held Friday from 10:00 until 11:30 in the Keene-Brown Funeral
Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI.
