Dear Mary & Bob......Oh, how I wish I had met your Dad!! He sounds like he was the most loving, delightful man and how fortunate for all of Leo's family to have had him in their lives for so long. I know it's "never long enough", but he certainly left you all with the most wonderful memories and the best example of what good character is all about. His beautiful obituary certainly captured the essence of this great guy. My sympathies to you and the entire Shiel family.

I'll miss our cracker barrel dates. I'll miss when you insisted kenz and "pick out a treat" in the store even when we didn't need one. I'll miss your phone calls. I'll miss your willingness to try new foods, drinks, and experiences. I'll miss having you on our wedding day, I know you would have had a great time being on the beach with us. More than anything I'll miss your jokes, smiles, and stories. So thankful for the time we had together. Until we meet again Grandfather, I love you.
