Marie I. (Cabica) Coley

Marie I. Coley, 68, of Harrisville, RI passed away on May 5, 2017, at the Trinity Health & Rehabilitation Center in Woonsocket.

She was born in Providence, daughter of the late Frank Nunes & Marie (Renquin) Cabica. She grew up in the Valley Falls section of Cumberland, and had resided in Burrillville since1984. 

Marie retired as a Social Caseworker from the State of RI after 28 years. She was a founding member of the Blackstone Valley Mother of Twins Club, serving as first president. Prior to that she served as vice president of the Midland Chapter, RI Mothers of Twins Club. 

She  is survived by her two sons Levi M. Coley of Harrisville and Jesse M. Coley of Chepachet, one daughter. Tanya m. Coley of Harrisville, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son Christopher M. Coley Sr. and a great granddaughter Tegan Laroche .

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 10am from the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in Our Lady of Good Help Church in Mapleville. Burial will be held in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Cumberland. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5-8pm.
