Nazaire Gagne Obituary

Nazaire J. Gagne, 92, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018, at The Friendly Home in Woonsocket. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son to the late Adelard and Leonide (Desgrands) Gagne. He was the loving husband of 68 years to the late Leona (Castonguay) Gagne. Nazaire worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass for many years before retiring. He was a resident of North Smithfield and formerly of Albion. He is survived by his children, Claudette Robinson of Smithfield, Gerard Gagne of Albion, Diane Forshaw of FL, Denis Gagne of North Smithfield and Pamela Adams of Cumberland, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Jean Gagne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, April 7th, 2018, at 10am in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School St., Albion. Burial will follow in St. Ambrose Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.
