Normand E. St Laurent, 88, of North Smithfield, RI, passed away on November 8, 2017, at the St. Antoine Residence. He was born in Woonsocket, son of the late Eugene & Hatti (Lamy) St Laurent. He was a master plumber and a member of the RI Plumber's Association. A member of the Club Richeleau, he was a very active volunteer for Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church. He lived most of his life in Woonsocket. He served in United States Army. Normand is survived by his caretakers, nephew, Normand St Laurent and sister-in-law Nancy St Laurent and numerous nieces and nephews in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona and Alaska. He was preceded in death by his siblings; brothers, Eugene and Arthur St Laurent and sisters, Lucille Delaware and Irene Baker. His funeral will be held Monday at 9 AM from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial with military honors will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday, from 2-4 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield, RI 02896.
