Raymond A. Savoie

Raymond A. Savoie, 75, of Harrisville, RI passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family, on April 10, 2017.

He was the loving husband of 53 years to Jeanne (Paquette) Savoie. He was born in Woonsocket, son of the late James & Isabel (Johnson) Savoie.

Raymond did construction and also ran his own painting business, he was a  New England Patriots fan, enjoyed going out for dinner, listening to oldies music and going to Las Vegas. He had a great sense of humor and always tried to make people laugh. The family would like to thank the care given to him by the Hope Hospice Care of RI.

Besides his wife he is survived by his daughters, Cindy Savoie and Kim Ward, grandchildren, Kayla and Brett Ward. He is also survived by his siblings, Francis Savoie, Carolyn Lavoie, Edward Savoie, James Savoie, Robert Savoie and Linda Silva.

He was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Tremblay.

Funeral services and burial will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene- Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org.
