Robert N. Cousineau, 86, of Woonsocket, RI passed away on February 21, 2017, at the Landmark Medical Center.
He was the loving husband to the late Muriel (Nichols) Cousineau. He was born in Woonsocket, son of the late Fortunat & Marie (Godin) Cousineau.
Bob worked for General Motors for 35 years, as a welder and forklift operator. He served in the Naval Reserves for 42 years. He was a Eucharistic Minister and a very devoted Roman Catholic. He enjoyed the game of golf and was a fan of the New England Patriots.
He is survived by his children, Ron Cousineau and his wife Phyllis, Janice Woodland and her husband Barry, Cheri Leboeuf, Kenny Cousineau and his wife Sue, Gary Cousineau and his wife Donna and Renee O' Coin and her husband Christopher. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, sister, Jean Pascucci and a brother, Leo Cousineau.
A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday at 11am in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church Park Ave., Woonsocket. Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Veterans Administration or the American Legion Post 85 in Woonsocket.
