Anthony A. Losardo

Anthony A. Losardo, 80, of Mystic, CT passed away on July 24, 2018, at the Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Richard A. & Saraphine (Fava) Losardo. He is survived by his three children, Thomas Losardo and his wife Mary Lee of Arundel, ME, Donna Losardo and Heidi Wentrud of Shrewsbury, MA and Laurie Payne and her husband Eddie of Millis, MA. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, Samantha and Amanda Payne and Michael Losardo; his sister, Monica Marion of Woonsocket. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald Losardo. He was a graduate of Mt. St. Charles Academy and Providence College. Anthony's passion for the ocean was his greatest enjoyment in life. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed entertaining friends and family on his boats. Prior to retirement he worked for John Hancock Insurance Co., and United Restaurant and Equipment. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10am in St. Anthony's Church, 28 Greene St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone, MA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket.
