Daniel R McMillan

On Wednesday March 6th, 2019 Daniel McMillan, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 50. Daniel was born on June 19, 1968 in Woonsocket, RI to John T McMillan Sr and Jeanne (Fontaine) G McMillan. He studied accounting at CCRI in Rhode Island. Married to John J Bence for a long fulfilled 25 years. Also survived by his brother John T McMillan Jr and his wife Anne M McMillan and his three children of Woonsocket Rhode Island. His spouse John J Bence of North Dartmouth Massachusetts, His oldest son Corey Christopher McMillan, his wife Britany L McMillan and their children Aria E McMillan 5 years old and Zelda R McMillan 3 years old of Milbridge Maine. His youngest son Eric Daniel McMillan, his wife Kelley A McMillan and their unborn child of Sullivan Maine. Daniel proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Castle Air Force base in CA . He had an extreme passion for music and choreography. He loved to garden and random little house projects. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, making them smile and laugh with his goofy ways. In his spare time, he would enjoy to drawing peacefully. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind and compassionate spirit.

His empathetic nature allowed him to encourage and share forward thinking with others experiencing similar medical struggles and bringing peace to their heart and mind.

A funeral service will be held Monday, March 11, at 12:30 PM, in the Egidio Dipardo and Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, 314 Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA. Visitation will be held from 11-12:30.
