Edward H. Gosselin Jr.

Edward H. Gosselin Jr., 72, of Pascoag, RI, passed away on May 20, 2019, at the RI Hospital. Son of the late Edward Henry and Carmella (Mottola) Gosselin. He was a lifelong resident of the town Burrillville. He was a Honorable member of the U.S. Navy from 09/30/1964 to 09/26/1967 where he served in the Vietnam War. Ed was a member of the Teamsters Local 251. He also loved snowmobiling and was known in that community as 'Big Daddy.' He is survived by his 2 sons, Scott and Edward Gosselin, his lifelong partner, Mary Ann Lambert and her 2 children, Christopher and Felex, his 5 grandchildren Andrew, Nick, Mackenzie, Samantha, Shelby and his niece Meghan and nephew, Joshuha Gosselin. He was also a brother of the late Robert E Gosselin. A Funeral Service will be held Friday at 12 pm in the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veteran's Cemetery, South County Trail in Exeter. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 10 am until 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 380 Westminster Mall, Providence, RI 02903.
