Gene E. Pizzarelli

Gene E. Pizzarelli, 59, resident of Killingly, CT passed away suddenly at his residence on May 31, 2017.

He was the loving long time companion of Diane Vien, with whom he lived. He was born in Woonsocket, RI a son of the late Gene & Patricia (Benjamin) Pizzarelli.

He worked for Amperex Electronics Co. in North Smithfield for many years, involved in various positions including glass blowing for clean room operations and as an industrial mechanic for that campus. His passion was classic cars and car & motorcycle racing. He enjoyed driving his vintage 1976 Corvette Stingray, along with his Harley Davidson and 1973 Kawasaki motorcycles. Fishing and coaching little league baseball were also favorite past times. He loved all things mechanical and could repair anything with his extensive skills and tool collection. 

He was a resident of Killingly, CT, previously living in Burrillville and North Smithfield, RI where he grew up.

Besides Diane, he is survived by a sister, Patricia Paul and by nieces, nephews and many other family members.

Funeral services and burial in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.
