Harvey J. Glasberg

Harvey J. Glasberg, 74, of Burrillville passed away on September 1, 2017, at Landmark Medical Center, in Woonsocket. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Philip and Eliza (Anderson) Glasberg. He was the loving husband of the late Maureen (Souza) Glasberg. Harvey was a sheet metal fabricator for different area companies. He was a Burrillville resident since 1985. He loved old movies and was an avid Patriots fan but most of all he adored his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, David J. Glasberg and his wife Lisa, Kim M. Sukaskas and her husband Jason and Dawn M. Hopkins and her husband Kenneth. Grandchildren include Bethany, Taylor, David Jr., Sydney Keegan, Kenneth Hopkins III and his buddy, Jackson. Sisters include: Dolores Dasaro and Phyllis Zito. He was also survived by his best friend Maurice Dionne as well as many lifetime friends. Visitation for Mr. Glasberg will be held on Wednesday, September 6th, at the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Highway, Oakland, RI, from 5-7 PM. Burial at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in Johnston will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Meals on Wheels.
