Our family has known Harvey since we were 10 years old. Harvey, Phyllis and Dolly lived up the street. He was over my house a lot and I have many fond memories of those times. So sorry to hear of his passing. Please accept our family's condolences

Kim, Dawn, and David, I am so very sorry for your loss! You were all a big part of our lives for several years and we are so sad for you!
