Irene F. (Pacheco) Pacheco

Irene F. Pacheco, 79, of Coventry, RI passed away on October 6, 2018, at the Coventry Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in North Smithfield, daughter of the late Antonio F. & Amelia (DaFonseca) Pacheco. Irene worked as a lab technician for Coro Jewelry in Providence and the Harshaw Filtrol Labs in Warwick until retiring due to illness. She was a resident of Coventry for the last thirty years. Previously she lived in North Smithfield. Irene especially enjoyed the beach, her convertible, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face and entertained everyone with her unique sense of humor. Irene is predeceased by her older brother Joseph, of North Smithfield, and is survived by her brother Antonio F. Pacheco Jr. and his wife Donna, of North Kingston, sister Marie St. Hilaire of Slatersville, sister-in-law Ruth Pacheco of North Smithfield, and nieces and nephew Linda, JoAnn, Cynthia, Deborah, Philip, Sharon, Merelise and Nicole. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:30am from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. John the Evangelist Church located on Church St. in Slatersville, RI. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are prior to the Mass from 9:30am until 10:30am.
