James Bartholomew, 62, of Mapleville, RI, passed away November 7, 2019 at the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Providence son of the late Harold & Beatrice (Pigeon) Bartholomew.
James leaves behind brothers, Richard Bartholomew and Ralph Bartholomew sister, Janet( Bartholomew) Agin, nieces, Bathany Cooke and Melissa Cote, great nieces, Ciara Cooke and Davina Cooke and great nephew Jacob Cote.
James was a retired CNA from Zambarano State Hospital where he worked for 14 years.
James dedicated his life to the church and several ministry programs where he preached the word of the Lord to others and was a pray warrior.
James also volunteer at Evangelizing Outreach downtown Providence for the homeless where on a daily he hand out bags of bibles, clothes, and food to the homeless and offered any prays to those who asked to be prayed over. James was a strong advocate and life coach to lost soul. He dedicated his life preaching and helping those whom were less fortunate.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 11 AM at the Restoration Church of RI, 244 Lexington Ave., North Providence, RI. 02904. Burial will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland.
