Michele T. (Boucher) Wasmuth

Michele T. Wasmuth, 52, of North Smithfield, RI, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 17, 2019, after a brief illness. She was the loving wife of 30 years to Edwin "Eddie" Wasmuth. She was born in Providence, daughter of Lucille (Gariepy) Boucher and the late Donald Boucher. Michele worked for Walt's Clothing Store in Woonsocket. She was a longtime resident of North Smithfield, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her daughters, Cayla Simmons and her husband Lucas, Chantell Tousignant and her husband Jacob and Mariah Wasmuth, grandchildren, Eloise, Parker, Julien, Charlotte and Josephine. She is also survived by her siblings, Donald Boucher, Cindy Hopkins, Valerie Boucher and David Boucher. Callings hours will be held Friday in the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you honor her love for animals by making a donation to North Smithfield Animal Shelter in her honor. Services will be private.
