Norman Landry

Norman Landry, 92, of Harrisville, RI, passed away at the Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI. He was the husband of the late Josephine (Elkinson) Landry. He was born in Pawtucket, son of the late John & Yvonne (Laverdiere) Landry. Norman worked 35 years for the former Glass Craft Co and also worked for the former J & P Coats in Pawtucket. He was a WWII Navy veteran, a member of St. Aidens Senior Club in Cumberland and the Pearl Club in South Atterboro, MA. He is survived by his daughter Phyllis Wilinkiewicz and her husband Jacek of Harrisville, 2 grandchildren, Aimee and Kristin Wilinkiewicz, sister, Lillian Allen of Pawtucket. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond Landry, Marie Loretta Parent and John Robert Landry. A Funeral Service will be held Friday at 10:30 AM in the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone, MA. Calling hours will be prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 27718 Okalahoma City, OK 73123.
