Ardys B. Aldrich

Ardys B. Aldrich, 86, of Foster passed away on June 2, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in South Barnston, Quebec, Canada she was the daughter of the late Roy Wellington and Reubena (Littlejohn) Aldrich. 

She was the loving wife of Daniel J. Aldrich married for 62 YEARS. 

She worked for WA Wilde Co. in Holliston, MA as a Folder Operator and previously as a Printing Press Operator for the Data General Corporation in Westborough, MA.
Ardys and her husband Daniel were the owners of the Oakleaf Family Campground in Chepachet, RI from 1986 to 2013.

She enjoyed browsing yard sales, attending the local seasonal festivities and dining out. She loved her time spent taking care of her grandchildren. 
Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Starr Aldrich, Loralee Wilde and Danella Stead, eight grandchildren, Rhiannon Thayer, Kendall Gregoire, Heather and Chesney O’Neill, Daniel and Alicia Wilde, James III, and Mark Stead. She also leaves behind 6 great-grandchildren, Carter Belanger, Addison and Talon Gregoire, Levi, Reaghan and Evalynn Thayer and her sisters, Martha Aldrich and Doreen Irving.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Orvis Aldrich.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI. Services for Ardys will be held at a later date in Canada.
