Carol Ann Anderson, 80, of North Smithfield, RI passed away surrounded by her family on April 02,2023 at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. Born in Pawtucket, RI she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Edith (Corbishley) Peck.
Carol worked as a Claims Associate for Allstate Insurance. Prior to that, she was a dance instructor at Ruth Dapper’s School of Dance, a passion she shared with her five grand daughters.
The most important thing in life to Carol was being dedicated to her children, grandchildren, and her grand pets. Family meant everything to her. Carol enjoyed family gatherings, time on Narraganset Bay, moped rides and surrounding herself with her family and many friends.
She is survived by her children, Todd, Derrin and his wife Nicole, and five grandchildren, Caysea, Codi, Megan, Evyn, and Kyra. She also leaves behind her twin brother, William Dawson of Riverside, RI and her sister, Joyce Buckley of Pascoag, RI.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Valerie Bessette.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 4 - 7:00 PM. A Funeral Serivice will he held in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 11:30 AM., Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, 1 Rhode Island Ave., Johnston, RI 02919.
