Cecile A (Lamoureux) Cormier

Cecile (Lamoureux) Cormier,79, of Burrillville, RI passed away May 7, 2022 at Bayberry Commons with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eva (Champoux) Lamoureux.

She worked for many years at Rhode Island Hospital. She was a Eucharistic minister of St. Joseph’s Church, Pascoag where she spent many years with the Rosary and Alter Society.  She was very active with the local Boy and Girl Scouts the high school band and served on the board of canvassers. She was a member of the Burrillville Lions Club and enjoyed helping their Scholarship Breakfast Committee. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, baking, and her greatest love was her family.

She is survived by her son, Christopher and his wife Michelle and her daughter, Danielle Cormier. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Ethan, Connor and Caden Cormier and Emily Fafard.

She was the sister of Richard Lamoureux, Lillian Graham and the late Raymond Lamoureux.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are entrusted to Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd.,  North Smithfield. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Pascoag. Service dates and times are respectfully omitted.
