Claire T. (Grenier) Corrado, 88, of North Smithfield, RI passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, at Holiday Retirement Home in Lincoln. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale “Pat” Corrado. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Donat and Alzema (Hebert) Grenier. Claire worked many years of service working in the housekeeping department at Bryant University, where she remained until her retirement in 2002. She also continued to work for her community as a bus driver with United Bus & Truck Co. in North Smithfield for 15 years. Claire is survived by her loving children: Barbara Fontenault and her husband Marcel, Jr., Paula Hill-Lussier and her husband David and Lisa Pestana and her husband Michael. She also leaves her son-in-law, James “Bo” Harris. She was the cherished grandmother of Amanda Bannon, Jessie Bebeau, Kevin and Kenneth Hill, Nathan Lussier and Jamie Lebraton, and the proud great-grandmother of Emma Masse-Hill and Briggs Bannon. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia “Trish” Harris. and her siblings, Rita Choquette, Roland Grenier and Donald Grenier. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on May 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Theresa Church, 35 Dion Drive, Nasonville, RI. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery was held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Claire’s memory may be made to a animal shelter of your choice.
