Concetta "Connie" M McGovern

Concetta “Connie” M. McGovern, 81, of Harrisville, RI passed away at home on July 11, 2021. Born in Ware, MA a daughter of the late Eugene and Jennifer (Cirelli) Fargnoli.

She was the loving and devoted wife of James McGovern for 58 beautiful years.

Connie’s working career consisted of working as a Medical and Dental Assistant, as a Real Estate Agent for DeFelice Realty and she also worked with special needs students at Tri Town and Burrillville High School.

Besides her husband, she leaves behind her two children, Seamus McGovern and  his wife Joyce of Newton, MA and Seana McGovern and her husband Joseph of Harrisville, four grandchildren and her brother, Michael Fargnoli of FL.

Connie was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed quilting and taught quilting classes at Burrillville High School and was a beautiful Gardener.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Oakland, RI. Services and Burial will be private.
