Dennis Vadenais Obituary

Dennis J. Vadenais, 61, of North Smithfield, RI, passed away on May 16, 2020 after a long battle with Lyme Disease. He was the husband of Diane (Marceau) Vadenais. Born in Woonsocket, a son of Florence (Charpentier) and the late Ernest "John" Vadenais. Dennis gave 110% to everything he did. He enjoyed working for Waters Corporation in Milford, MA for 40 years, where he has made lifelong friendships. He loved his family, friends, camping, golfing, hockey, and working outdoors. Dennis will be remembered by all for his great pride and commitment. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Alicia Poirier and her fiancé Chris, Brian Vadenais and his fiancé Mallory, Ashley Burrell and her husband Ross, and Valerie Vadenais and her fiancé Rob. He also has 6 grandchildren, a sister, Suzanne Vadenais and a nephew, Kevin Greenough. He is also survived by his two dogs, his boys and loyal companions, Dunkin and Kodiak. All are welcome to drive up and take a moment to celebrate and honor our loved one and friend, Dennis. Please feel free to bring balloons and whatever you feel will appropriate to show your love. Calling hours will be at Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield between 4-7 PM on Wednesday. Please remain in your car. A continued celebration of his life will take place in the privacy of his immediate family due to current health restrictions.
