Donald “Brad” Beauregard Obituary

Donald L. Beauregard, “Brad,” 87, of North Smithfield, RI passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025, at Golden Crest Nursing Home in North Providence. Born in North Smithfield he was the son of the late Donald Leroy and Helen (Johnson) Beauregard.  He was the loving husband of 54 years to the late Constance (Guy) Beauregard.

He was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather to his family. He was a very hard worker and in his early years, he drove tractor trailers hauling hay to Canada several times a week. He later worked as a diesel mechanic until he retired from New Penn Transportation in Cranston. He was known as the guy who could fix anything.

He is survived by his children, Kim Masse, Debra Lamoureux and her husband Kenneth, Cathy Beauregard from North Smithfield, four grandchildren, Ben and Caroline Masse and Stephany and Claudia Lamoureux.

He also leaves behind five great-grandchildren, Camille, Averee, Isabella, Riley and Celine.

He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Alan Masse.

He loved NASCAR racing and attended Daytona 500 several times. He was a season ticket holder at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (Louden) Raceway and for many years he worked in the pits in Thomson, CT and Seekonk Speedway fixing and repairing his friend's cars who raced on those tracks. He had many friends and everyone loved being around him. He had an easy-going personality and Don loved helping family and friends. He will be deeply missed.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.

Services and Burial for Donald will respectfully be private.
