Elizabeth A. Brunelle "Nana"

Elizabeth A. (Ordway) Brunelle, “Nana,” 79, of Burrillville, RI passed away peacefully at home on May 1, 2022. Born in Providence, RI she was the daughter of Ralph and Marilyn Ordway. She was the wife of Albert Brunnelle. 

She most recently worked as a certified nursing assistant at the Holiday Retirement Home in Lincoln, RI until retiring.

Elizabeth loved taking long rides and going out on the motorcycle with her husband where they took many rides to New Hampshire. She loved sitting in the sun listening to her music, especially Elvis. She loved the time she got to spend with her family and especially loved having the grandchildren and great-grandchildren over. She was known to her friends and family as “Betty Boop."

She is survived by her children, Walter H. Santos Jr. and his wife Christine, Lori-Ann Simas and her husband William, David Santos and his wife Kristen and Elizabeth Larochelle and her husband Brian. 

She was the sister of Raymond, Kenneth and Ralph Ordway and Joan D’Ambra. She was preceded in death by her siblings, David and Marilyn Ordway.

Besides her children, she was the loving and adoring Nana to her eight grandchildren, Christopher and Jonathan Antaya, David, Derek and Lauren Santos, Brian, Jr., Brooke and Kayla Larochelle, her 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be  Monday. May 9, 2022 from 2- 5:00 PM  in the Keene Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield followed by a prayer service at 5:00 PM
