Eugene "Eddy" E. Lajoie

Eugene “Eddy” Lajoie, 74, of Woonsocket, passed peacefully at home following a brief illness on December 9, 2021. He was the son of the late Huey and Nancy (Carter) Lajoie.

He enjoyed fishing, bingo, playing guitar, watching his tv shows, and gathering with friends and family. Eddy will always be remembered for his fun-loving personality and his willingness to help everyone.

He is survived by his siblings, Dorothy Brule (Tony). Frederick and Charles Lajoie (Claire), He was preceded in death by his siblings, Elaine Dodge, Huey Hogan, Janet Poirier, and Doris Savadyga.

He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on December 17. 2021 at 6:00 PM at the Egidio DiPardo & Son’s Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. Calling hours will be prior to service from 4- 6:00 PM. Burial will be private at a later date.
