Gary Kraunelis

Gary Kraunelis, 66, of Harrisville, RI, passed away suddenly on July 22, 2020 at his residence. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Arthur and Jacqueline (Lalancette) Kraunelis. He is survived by his son, Matthew Kraunelis and his wife Alicia of Harrisville, his grandchildren, Alisabeth, Sarah, and Haden, his sister, Shiela Bibeault and her husband of Pascoag, and his brother, Keith Kraunelis and his wife of Woonsocket. Gary was a very talented carpenter and handyman. He could fix anything, and if he couldn't, he was sure to figure out how to. He was a true friend, through and through, who was always there to help anyone in need. He would have given you the shirt off his back, if you needed it. He had a passion for motorcycles and was an avid rider. He was the best grandfather, his grandchildren meant the world to him. We will cherish the memories we have of him, knowing he is smiling down on all of us, and still guiding us as only he knew how. Please join us in celebrating his life. Calling hours will be held Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 3-6 PM at the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Road, North Smithfield, RI. A private burial will take place at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Social distancing guidelines will be implemented upon arrival.
