Gary J. McKellick, 66, of Burrillville, RI passed away on February 3, 2025, at the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Providence, with his loving family by his side. Born in Framingham, MA he was the son of the late Lawrence and Anita (Arsenault) McKellick. He was the loving husband of 48 years to Claudia (Smith) McKellick.
Gary worked as an Electrician and was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Gary was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He took part in the Lions Parkinsons Unity Walk, was a baseball and girls basketball coach was an avid Red Sox and Notre Dame Fan and a cherished uncle who was at all their games cheering them on to victory.
Besides his loving wife Claudia, he is survived by his children, Adam McKellick (Kristin), Eric McKellick (Aimee) and Lindsey McKellick. Also three grandchildren, Alex, Kolby and Grayson.
He also leaves behind his siblings, Barbara Gurganus, Brenda Lamorre, Lawrence, Randy and Allison McKellick along with many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI.
Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, February 06, 2025, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 07, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church E. Main St., Milford, MA. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medway Rd. (Rt. 109), Milford.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gary may be made to Hope Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center or The Parkinson’s Foundation.
