Gerald F. LeClair

Gerald F. "Gerry" LeClair, 72, of Glendale, RI, passed away on September 9, 2020, at his home while surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Gail (Connell) LeClair. Born in Laconia, NH, a son of the late Louis "Gus" & Lillian (Poire) LeClair. Gerry was a refrigeration mechanic for the Daniele Co. in Pascoag for many years. He lived in Burrillville for 49 years. He was a former scout leader for the Boy Scouts and the Cub Scouts. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children; Daniel LeClair and his fiance Rebecca Johnson, Steven LeClair and his wife Nelia, Gwendolyn LeClair, and his daughter-in-law, Jill Whewell, grandchildren; Christopher Churchill Jr. and his fiance Amber Giblin, Daniel LeClair, Jr. and his companion Klaude Viera, Kacee Desrosiers and her husband Joshua, Cassandra Bridge, Kalei LeClair, Alexander Bridge, Karli LeClair, Althea LeClair, Sophie St.Clemmons, Rosemary Johnson and 1 great-grandchild, Alia Churchill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his extended family. He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph LeClair and a sister, Janet Fischer. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5-8 PM at the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield. A Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home followed by military honors. Burial will be private. All current Covid protocols will be in place.
