Jason Smith, 43, of North Smithfield, RI passed away June 3, 2023, at the Hope Hospice Palliative Care Center in Providence while surrounded by his loving family. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Harry Smith and the late Helen (Jean) Smith. He was the loving husband of Mary Ann (Machado) Smith whom he spent a beautiful 15 years with, and married to for 13 of those years.
Jason worked as a store manager for Valvoline Instant Oil Change. He was a very hard worker and a dedicated family man and husband.
Besides his loving wife, Jason is survived by his daughter Chloe Ann Smith.
He also leaves behind his brother, Dewayne Smith and his wife Kimberly, his sister, Lisa Smith, also several nieces and nephews and his beloved extended family.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 5 – 8:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, 10:30 AM at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery in North Smithfield.
