Jeannette I. Gendron, 82, of Woonsocket, RI, passed away November 2, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Jeannette was the loving wife of the late Bernard J. Gendron. She was born in Woonsocket, RI. daughter of the late Leo and Dora (Lague) Lataille. She was a loving homemaker. Jeannette, (Mom), was the strongest woman we know. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren meant everything to her. Her greatest pleasure in life was taking care of her beloved family, which brought her such joy. She was loved by all and known to many as Gram. We take great comfort in knowing our dad (Gramps) was waiting for her with open arms. (Mom / Gram) means more to us than we have the words for and we miss her dearly already. Jeannette was also a volunteer at Mt. St. Rita's Nursing Home in Cumberland. She is survived by her children, Kim Lennox, Lisa Denault and her husband Michael and Scott Gendron and his wife Monique, grandchildren, Amy and Jason Lennox, Ryan Denault, Tayla Reed and her husband Sean, Dylan and Lauren Gendron, great-grandchildren, Jason and Julien Lennox, River and Landon Reed, sister, Barbara Gill. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Arthur, Clem Norman and Richard Lataille, Shirley Parenteau and Jean Benoit. May she rest in peace. Fly high our sweetest angel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10 AM in Holy Family Church, South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone, MA. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 455 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI.
