John J. Harnois

John J. Harnois, 63, of North Smithfield passed away peacefully at his home on September 30, 2022. Born in Providence, he was the son of Roland and Carol (Quigly) Harnois.

John worked as a sheet metal mechanic, he also collected Scrap Metal. He was a caddy and enjoyed playing golf at Metacomet Country Club. John loved cooking, (and eating too), hockey, and getting the chance to go out for a good day of clamming and fishing.

He is survived by his children, Angela Carrasquillo & Andrew and Alex Harnois. Five grandchildren, Natalie, HaIley, Landon, Finnegan, and Evelyn.

He also leaves behind his siblings, James Harnois, Cathy Kaposcinsky, Caren Thompson, Susan Segge, and Thomas “Tommy” Harnois.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI.

Services for John will be held privately.
