Joseph R. "Rudy" Boucher, 82, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence on March 10, 2022. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Raphael and Agnes (Gailloux) Boucher.
Rudy was a Jack of all tradesworking many different jobs including his years as a taxi driver in Las Vegas.
Besides leaving a trail of broken-hearted women, he is survived by his sister, Agnes Daniel of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Rudy loved a good card game and trips to the casino. He could always be heard humming a tune or telling jokes. He lived his life full of adventure and humor. He was a free spirit that was always on the go.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Edward ‘Sonny’ Boucher, Constance ‘Connie’ Boucher, and Lucille 'Tootsie’ Bilodeau.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph can be made to Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI - although he would suggest that you save your money and treat yourself to a coffee at McDonald’s, his favorite.
