Karen Trudeau Obituary

Karen Lee Trudeau,68, of Harrisville, RI passed away peacefully on March 28, 2023 at the Overlook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pascoag with her family by her side. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of Stanley and Vivian (Goddard) Kokoszka. She was the wife of the late David A. Trudeau and loving companion Ken Gardner.

Karen worked for 20 years as a dedicated employee for the Hasbro Toy Company. She also worked for Walmart Department Store, and Karen and her late husband David were the proud owners of the former Trudd’s Bar and Grill in North Providence until they retired to spend more time with family and their grandchildren.

She enjoyed arts and crafts, playing board games, cards and loved watching the Red Sox and Patriots games.

She is survived by her only child, her loving son, David Trudeau and his wife Crystal. Her two adoring grandchildren, David J. Trudeau, III and Kyle B. Trudeau, and her siblings, Sandra Moore and John Kokoszka.

Karen was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Kokoszka.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI. Services details for Karen have been respectfully omitted.
