Mario Bellini Obituary

Mario G. Bellini Jr., 58, of Glendale, RI, passed away on January 11, 2021. He was the loving husband of Debra (Rivera) Bellini for 36 years. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Mario Sr. & Nunzia “Nancy” (Lecce) Bellini. Mario owned & operated the former Bellini & Sons Construction Company and worked as a concrete finisher for Narragansett Improvement. He was a loving family man who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He also enjoyed yearly family trips to Hampton Beach and the White Mountains. He also liked the annual neighborhood block parties and enjoyed hanging out at Indian Ranch with his wife and friends. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his sons, Mario Bellini III and girlfriend Amanda Berthod and Joseph Bellini and his wife Alysha. He was the cherished Pa to his three grandchildren, Dominic, Apollo and Tenley. He is also survived by his siblings, Carol Fernandes, Deborah Telles, Maria Farina, Anna Lemoi, Gina Conte, Nancy Dooley and Alfred Bellini as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings, Virginia Desrosiers and Nicholas Bellini. Mario was a warm, kind and caring son, brother, husband, father, Pa, uncle, cousin, neighbor and friend whom will be truly missed by all who knew him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10AM in St. Anthony’s Church, Greene St., Woonsocket. Burial will be private. Social distancing guidelines will be applied upon arrival. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home in Woonsocket.
