Michele C. (Tessier) Dolinski

Michele C. Dolinski, 76, of Pascoag, RI passed away peacefully at Overlook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pascoag with family by her side. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Yvette (Fournier) Tessier. She was the devoted wife of John S. Dolinski.

Michelle was a graduate of St. Claire’s School, she received her associated degree from the University of Rhode Island, worked as a dental hygienist and was the owner of Dev’s Café in Harrisville. She was very involved with organizing Between the Cracks Charity in Harrisville, RI where she continued to be very active in helping local families up until her illness.

She enjoyed time at the lake, playing softball, going for spontaneous rides. She would just get in the car and go with no predetermined destination. Michele also loved going shopping with her nieces and building puzzles with her granddaughter. She was extremely competitive playing backgammon and she had a fierce personality and was known to speak what was on her mind.

Besides her husband, John she is survived by her only son, Scott Dolinski and her granddaughter, Blake Alice Dolinski.

She also leaves behind her brother, Robert Tessier and her nieces, Nicole Hall (Giorgi), Charisse Lavergne (Giorgi), Charlene Tupper and her nephew, David Giorgi as well as many grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles Tessier, and LiseAnn (Tessier) Giorgi.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Good Help Church on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 11:30 AM. Burial will be private.
