Paul Fredette Obituary

Paul R. Fredette, 60, of Millville, MA passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025, at Adviniacare Northbridge after a courageous battle with Diabetes. Born in Woonsocket, RI he was the son of the late Roger and Marie Lucille (Mainville) Fredette. He was the loving husband of 34 years to Julie (Martin) Fredette.

Paul was a graduate of Woonsocket High School. He worked as a meat cutter and was the former owner of the Li’l General Convenience Store on Winter St. in Woonsocket.

He was an avid saxophone player, playing with the Bobby Shannon Band and the group, Sence. He was a fan of the Boston Bruins and the Dallas Cowboys.

Besides his loving wife Julie, he is survived by his children, Sgt. Gregory Fredette and Ethan Fredette.

He also leaves behind his siblings, Rochelle Williams, Monique and Ronald Fredette, his aunt, Pauline Beliveau, a cousin, nieces and a nephew.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield. 

A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, April 17. 2025 at 4:00 PM. Calling hours will follow from 4:30 - 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paul, can be made to the Commission of the Blind or the American Diabetes Association.
