Paul B. MacPherson, “Mac,” “Mac Daddy,” & “Mac-fire,” was a proud and loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather & friend. He left this world suddenly on January 20th, 2021 at the age of 63. Paul was born on June 3rd, 1957 in Franklin, MA. He was son of the late Kenneth and Lena MacPherson. He was the founder of MacPherson Building, creating prestigious homes around the New England area.
Paul was survived by his four children: Navy Chief Petty Officer Michael MacPherson, Julie Petris, Lisa MacPheron, and Gregory MacPherson.
He was also survived by his sister, Beverly Nigro, brother, Kenneth MacPherson, daughter-in-law, Erin MacPherson, Brother-in-law, Michael Petris, Ashley Lytle, Jim Anderegg, and grandchildren; Aiden, Jeorge, Anna, Samantha, William and grand-dog Bogey.
In addition, there are many nieces and nephews whom he opened his home to and treated like his own children. Paul’s death was preceded by his siblings Donald And Robin MacPherson.
Anyone who knew Paul, knew he was the definition of hard work and grit, yet he always had a playful nature and filled others with laughter and joy. He was giving, filled with love and could literally do anything he put his mind to. If he was not out enjoying his property and multitude of projects, he was lending a helping hand to family and friends. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with as well as those he reached but may have never met.
On Saturday, January 30th, 2021, between 2-3pm, the family will be present outside of the Keene-Brown Funeral Home at 445 Greenville Road, North Smithfield for a drive-by memorial service for anyone who would like to pay their respects. Due to COVID-19 we ask that all who attend remain in their vehicles. Calling Hours will then be extended to 520 Buxton Street between 5 and 7pm for those who wish to share laughs and stories of remembrance.
Funeral Services and Burial will be private.
