Pauline M. Maurice, 89, of Woonsocket, passed away October 3, 2021, at the Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a daughter of the late Aldor and Irene (Desmarais) Gagnon. She was the loving wife of 54 years to the late Bertrand Maurice.
She was a lifelong resident of Woonsocket. She worked for CVS Mark Stevens and was a Lifetime Member of Club Lafayette.
She is survived by her children, Stephen Pratt of Boston, Donna Maurice of Cumberland, John Maurice of Myrtle Beach, David and James Maurice both of Woonsocket.
She was the proud grandmother of her six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings, Muriel Portman, Linda Blackburn, Donald Gagnon and preceded in death by her siblings Marcel Gagnon, Madeline Wheeler, Raymond Gagnon, Lillian Pratt, Anita Provencal, Norman Gagnon, Rudolph Gagnon, and Roger Gagnon.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home in North Smithfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd., Woonsocket at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham, MA.
In Lieu of flowers, donation can be made in Pauline’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation.
