Peter C. Moody

Peter C. Moody, 79, of Glocester, RI passed away on April 21, 2022. Born in Albany, NY the son of the late William and Polly (Deacon) Moody. He was preceded in death by his wife Bette Furn.

He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during the Vietnam War. Peter was a self-employed insurance agent.  He was a member of the Lions Club in Watertown, CT.  He was an avid scuba diver and loved Ford Formula racing cars, fishing, and playing chess.

He is survived by his children, Krista Iacobucci and Parker Moody and his granddaughter, Autumn.

He was the brother of Linda Deacon and the late David and John Moody.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI. Calling hours will be Friday May 6, 2022 from 4 -7:00 PM.  A Funeral Mass to be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Woodbury, CT on May 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM..
