Richard W. Jalette “Dicky,” 66, of Pascoag, RI passed away unexpectedly at Landmark Medical Center on August 8, 2024. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Richard and Dolores (Lavallee) Jalette.
Dicky was a former painter who enjoyed painting, fishing and cooking over an open fire. He loved his German Shepards. He could often be found riding around town on his scooter and taking rides to visit his son and family on the lake to go swimming.
He is survived by his son Richard N.Jalette "Dicky" and his wife Kathleen and three grandchildren, Alexys, Kyle and Trevin Jalette and many nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind his siblings, Raymond Jalette, Lorraine Laliberte, Suzy Arnold and Rita Rousseau.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Normand Jalette.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI.
Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 1:00PM- 3:00PM with a prayer service at 3:00PM.
Burial will be Private
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dicky can be made to the East Burrillville Fire Department.
