Harry R. Keyser Jr., 90, of North Smithfield, RI passed away February 20, 2017 at the St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. He was the dedicated husband of Lillian Keyser for 49 years. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the eldest son of the late Harry Sr, and Eleanor Keyser. Harry spent his childhood and early adult life in the Hudson Valley region of New York. He volunteered to serve his country at the age of 16 during World War II and became a Naval Petty Officer.

Harry relocated to RI in 1966, where he became a District Sales Manager with Arnold Bakers, a division of Best Foods Corporation, for 35 years. He had a passion for stock car racing and was also employed for many years at Seekonk Speedway as an assistant handicapper. Additionally, Harry was an avid New England Patriots fan and loved working outdoors around his home,

Besides his loving wife, Mr. Keyser is survived by his devoted daughters, Debra McNeil of Murfreesboro, TN and Holly Keyser of North Smithfield, grandchildren Katherine and Thomas McNeil, as well as son-in-law George McNeil. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Keyser. Harry appreciated life, his family, and his numerous friends. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

At his request, funeral services will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield.
